Advantage EG is the economic development arm of the Town of East Gwillimbury, Ontario — a municipality that was identified by Census Canada in 2022 as the fastest-growing in Canada, with a 44.4% population increase and projected growth reaching 100,000 residents by 2051. The platform exists to attract business investment, support expansion, and connect entrepreneurs with the land, infrastructure, and concierge-level services that make EG one of the most strategically positioned communities in the Greater Toronto Area.

Building an Investment-Grade Web Presence for a Municipality on the Rise

East Gwillimbury's growth story is compelling — but only if the right audiences can find it and feel it. The work centred on positioning Advantage EG as a destination for serious investment: organizing complex data around employment lands, key sectors, financial incentives, and infrastructure into a clear, navigable experience. The visual direction was built to feel more like a forward-thinking economic brand than a municipal government page — credible, confident, and built for decision-makers who are evaluating EG alongside competing markets. The goal was a site that makes the case before anyone picks up the phone.
